"I work for a mortgage company and had to call this agent to update a homeowner's policy. I spoke to Allie McBey. She was very professional and very pleasant. She took my request and immediately called our mutual client to make sure they authorized the change. I called the client about 10 minutes after I spoke to Allie and the client informed me that Allie had called her. Typically you do not get such prompt service when updating a homeowner's policy. Allie very promptly emailed me the udated policy that I needed and I noticed I had provide some incorrect information and had to request she update the policy. She again did this very promptly and was extemely curtious and happy to make the adjustments for me even those it was my error. I do not reside in ME but I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone in need of homeowern's insurance. It is not very frequent I encounter someone so pleasant and promt at the insurance companies that I have to call on daily. Thank you Allie!"
